摘要 Toll样受体(TLRs)参与微生物病原体相关分子模式的识别,介导宿主的天然免疫应答。通过识别其特异性的配体,TLRs的激活能够诱导产生一系列的细胞因子和协同刺激因子的释放,从而产生直接的抗感染作用以及更进一步的获得性免疫。人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染可引起多种人类肿瘤和皮肤疣状增生病变,是导致人类尖锐湿疣以及宫颈癌发生的重要原因,威胁到人类的健康,然而缺乏理想防治手段。此文就TLRs的自身特点和在抗病毒感染中的作用、应用于抗病毒治疗方面的研究现状以及对治疗HPV感染的启示与应用前景作了综述。 Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are pattern-recognition receptors that recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns present on a variety of microbe. TLRs mediate innate immune response in host defense. Activation of TLRs by specific ligands induces cytokine release and costimulatory molecules that instruct the type of adaptive immune response: direct anfimicrobial response. Human papillomaviros (HPV) infection is dearly implicated in the development of tumor and verrucous hyperplasia curls in human. HPV plays a crucial role in malignant progression of cervical cancer and onset of condyloma accuminatum. This review introduces the feature and antiviral effect of TLRs, and the recent researches about application of antiviral immunity mediated by TLRs. Several outlooks for application of TLRs in anti-HPV infection therapy are included in this review.
