摘要
探讨了应用电化学电沉积法制备具有超晶格结构的纳米组分调制多层膜的原理,对比了恒电流和恒电位两种电化学手段对膜层微观结构的影响,并简述了阳极氧化法制备多层膜陶瓷材料的研究现状;同时介绍了XRD、STM等几种常用于表征纳米多层膜微观结构的现代测试方法,阐述了纳米多层膜的优异性能及应用前景.
In this paper, principles of preparation of nanometer-scale compositionally modulated multilayers with superlattice structure are discussed. The effect of galvanostatical and potentiostatical technique on the microstructure of nanometer-scale multilayers is described. A new method of anodic oxidation for preparation of ceramic materials is introduced. By virtue of modern test method-XRD ,STM ,superlattice structure and modulation wavelengths of nanometer-scale multilayers can be confirmed and measured. Application prospect of compositionally modulated multilayers are discoussed too.
