摘要 1 内皮微粒（endothelial microparticles。EMPs） 1．1 EMPs的形成和结构 内源性或外源性因素可以引起多种细胞因子介导下内皮细胞释放EMPs，如细菌脂多糖类、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白介素1（IL-1）、Csb-9补体复合物以及过氧化氢等。Jimenez等在3种来源的细胞（肾和脑的微血管的内皮细胞以及冠状动脉的内皮细胞）通过抗原标记来比较激活的内皮和凋亡的内皮所释放的不同类型的EMPs。发现在内皮细胞（endothelial cells，EC）凋亡的情况下，
