摘要
目的探讨16层螺旋CT静脉血管成像对脑静脉窦血栓形成的诊断价值。方法回顾分析6例诊断为脑静脉窦血栓病例的16层螺旋CT表现特点。结果2例可见高密度索条征,2例可见脑组织水肿、局灶性静脉性梗塞,2例脑室扩大,1例脑室缩小,1例脑血循环时间延长。6例均可见Delta征,CT静脉血管成像三维重建均可见静脉窦内充盈缺损。结论16层螺旋CT静脉血管成像是诊断脑静脉窦血栓形成的可靠、有效的检查方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of 16-slice spiral CT venography (CTV) in detecting cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST). Methods The 16-slice spiral CT features of CVST in 6 cases were retrospectively reviewed. Results Among 6 cases, high-attenuation cord sign were seen in 2 cases, brain edema or venous infarction were see in 2 cases, enlarged ventricles in 2 cases, and narrowed ventricles in 1 case. Brain circulation time was delayed in 1 case. Empty delta sign was seen in all the 6 cases, and venous sinus filling defect were seen on the CT venography in all patients. Conclusion 16-sfice spiral CT venography is a refiable, effective method for diagnosis of cerebral sinus thrombosis.
