根据开封引黄涵闸引水口门所处地理位置、自然条件、引渠淤积现状,在选择防淤减淤技术对策研究时,提出加大河道整治工程建设,稳定河势;加强河势观测,及时制止影响河势的违章行为;加强引渠进水口拦沙设施建设;对不同取水口门及时组织清淤;优化引黄涵闸运用模式等对策。
