Design and Application of Land Registration System Based on GIS and Workflow

通过分析土地登记业务的特点,将工作流、GIS及网络技术有机融合,设计开发了土地登记信息系统,为建立城乡一体化的土地登记管理体系,进行城乡土地统一登记,以便达以"对内以图管地,对外以证管地"的现代地籍管理目的,并对该系统进行了应用推广。

By analyzing the features of land registration and making the integration of the workflow, GIS and network technology, this paper designs the land registration information system. And it also offers an important demonstration for the establishment of integrative urban-rural land registration management system for the realization of the modern cadastral management mode-“Use the map to manage the land for internal affairs, use the certificate to manage the land for external affairs”.
