MgO/SiO_2催化甲乙醛缩合制丙烯醛的研究

Synthesis of Acrolein by Vapor Phase Condensation of Formaldehyde and Acetaldehyde over MgO/SiO_2 Catalyst

摘要 以MgO/SiO2作为甲醛乙醛气相缩合合成丙烯醛的催化剂,考察了反应温度、空速、原料配比及MgO负载量对反应性能的影响。结果表明,当MgO负载量为4%、温度300℃、空速2.0 h-1、甲醛与乙醛摩尔比2:1时,反应效果最好,产物收率为52.18%。 The synthesis of acrolein by vapor phase condensation of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde over MgO/SiO2 catalyst was studied. The effect of temperature, space velocity, molar ratio of reactants and MgO mass fraction on the reaction performance was investigated. A opti- mum result of 52.18% yield of acrulein wss obtained at temperature 300℃, space velocity 2.Oh^-1, molar ratio of formaldehyde to acetal- dehyde 2:1 and MgO mass fraction 4%.
