"以人为本"与民本主义、以个人为本有着本质区别。"以人为本"的提出是对社会主义建设事业指导思想的丰富和完善,它解决了当代社会发展的目的和当今社会发展的途径问题。
Putting people first is essentially different from Putting common first and Putting individuality first. ＂Putting people first＂ enriched and perfected the guiding to the construction of socialist cause. It resolved the social-purpose and evolutionary path of the modem social development.
