摘要
承租人优先购买权是指出租人转让房屋时,承租人在同等条件下,依法享有优先于其他人而购买该房屋的权利。承租人优先购买权是一种形成权、限制权和专属权。对承租人优先购买权应做适当限制。
Lessee＇ s pre-emption right refers to the transfer of housing lessor, under the same conditions, lessee has priority to purchase the house over other people according to the law. Lessee＇ s pre-emption right is a form of pre-emptive rights, the rights to limit and exclusive rights. Lessee＇s pre-emption right should be appropriate for restrictions.
