摘要 水电站自动发电控制(AGC)首先需确保安全,尤其是三峡右岸这样的超大型电站,不仅要考虑各种防误措施,还需考虑超大容量机组调节稳定性,这对于电网安全至关重要。文中介绍了H9000 V4.0的AGC程序对于三峡右岸电站负荷平稳调节而采取的特殊措施。引入有功补偿调节策略,有效地保证了超大型机组开机、停机、跨越振动区过程的平稳调节,最大限度地减少了可能造成的电网负荷波动;修正等容量有功分配策略,兼顾了效率优化和减少机组磨损;水头滤波处理,考虑了水头可能出现的各种异常情况。另外,对于双机切换、功能切换采用相应措施,并对机组有功调节结果进行监视,防止机组调节失败而偏离有功设定值。这些措施经实践证实是行之有效的。 The safety of AGC is important for hydropower stations, especially for super-large hydropower stations like the Three Gorges Right Bank Hydropower Station. Not only various error--prevention measures, but also the regulation stability of large capacity units must be considered, which are essential for grid security. This paper introduces the special measures for smooth load regulation of the Three Gorges Right Bank Hydropower Station with AGC of H9000 V4.0. The active power compensatory regulation is taken for large capacity units to ensure active smooth power regulation during starting and stopping processes and through the vibration zone, so the possible load fluctuation of the grid is decreased to the largest degree. The proportional allotment of active power is amended considering the efficiency and abrasion of generator units, Various abnormities of water head are considered in the disposal of water head. Some measures are taken in the switching of doubleworkstations or AGC functions. The process of active power regulation is monitored to prevent departure from the fixed value. These measures are proved effective in practice.
