摘要
针对当前水电厂主机和辅机控制系统多系统并存的情况,以华能东西关水电厂辅机控制系统集成为例,提出了采用过程控制对象链接与嵌入(OPC)技术进行系统集成的解决方案。应用Matrikon公司开发的OPC数据管理软件,实现了基于MB300和MB+总线协议的OPC服务器之间的数据通信,给出了MODICON公司的Quantum系列可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与ABB公司的Advant开放控制系统(OCS)集成方案的软、硬件组态方法。
In view of the coexistence of multiple control systems in hydropower plants at present, with the auxiliaries control system of the Huaneng Dongxiguan Hydropower Plant as an example, the OLE for process control (OPC) technique is applied to the integration of the system. With the application of OPC data management software developed by the Matrikon Company, the data communication among OPC servers based on MB300 and MB+ protocol is realized. The configuration of software and hardware for MODICON Quantum PLC and ABB Advant OCS integration is presented.
