抗菌药物分级使用情况调查

INVESTIGATION OF THE USE OF ANTIBACTIRIAL DRUGS ACCORDING TO CLINICAL CLASSIFICATION

目的了解医院门诊处方中抗菌药物的临床分级使用情况。方法随机抽取广东某医院2006年12月～2007年1月的门诊处方样本共9172份进行回顾性调查,利用Excel软件进行数据统计,并依据统计学方法进行综合分析。结果9172份处方中共使用抗菌药物5405次,其中非限制使用药物、限制使用药物和特殊使用药物的使用率分别为45·48%,54·37%,0·15%。结论各级抗菌药物中,限制使用抗菌药物总体上使用率较高,该医院抗菌药物的使用有一定程度的不合理现象存在。

Objective To investigat the use of antibacterial drugs according to clinical classification in the hospital out - patient prescriptions. Method A total of 9,172 out - patient prescriptions were selected randomly from December 2006 to Jan- uary 2007, investigated retrospectively and analyzed accordingt statistical methods with Excel Software. Result Antibiotics were prescribed 5,405 times, the frequency of Non - restricting antibiotics, Re- stricting antibiotics and Special use antibiotics was respectively 45.48%, 54.37%, 0. 15%. Conclusion It shows that in lines antibacterial drugs, secondline antibiotics usage is higher, which indicate that the irrational use of antibiotics in the hospitals is remained.
