摘要
目的总结正畸正颌联合治疗双颌前突畸形患者的疗效,为临床提供参考。方法回顾性研究颌面外科病房及正畸科2002年7月～2006年7月接受治疗的双颌前突畸形的患者50例,分析治疗方法,总结临床经验。结果50例患者均取得了良好的外貌及咬颌关系,未见手术并发症。结论通过正畸正颌联合治疗,双颌前突畸形可以取得良好的治疗效果。
Objective To summarize the the techniques and effects of bimaxillary protrusion treated with both orthognathic operation and orthodontic treatments.Method Fifty patients with severly bimaxillary protrusion from Guangdong Province stamotolgical hospital were retrospectively studied,analized treating methods.Result Fifty patients received satisfactory facial appearance and occlusion,found no operational complications.Conclusion Bimaxillary protrusion patients may receive fine effects through orthognathic operation and orthodontic treatments.
