摘要 目的:探索抗真菌药物环吡酮胺可能的作用机制。方法:利用微量液基稀释法和纸片扩散法,测定抗真菌药物环吡酮胺抑制犬小孢子菌时铁离子的作用。结果:所有受试菌株均表现为对环吡酮胺耐药。结论:铁离子参与了抗真菌药物环吡酮胺对犬小孢子菌的抑菌作用。 Objective:To explore the mechanism of interferance of iron ion with the antifungal drug-Ciclopirox olamine. Methods:To utilize micro broth dilution method and disk diffusion method to determine whether the iron levels is critical factor for the antifungal action of Ciclopirox against Microsporum canis.Results:Iron ion depressed the antifuagal action of Ciclopirox against Microsporum cani.Conclusion:Iron ion can join in the antifungal action of Ciclopirox against Microsporum cani.
