环糊精在环境污染修复中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 环糊精由于独特的包结特性,已在医药、食品、分析等领域获得了广泛应用。近年来,人们对环糊精在环境保护领域的应用研究表现出了极大的兴趣。本文综述了环糊精结构及其在环境污染修复中的研究和应用。并展望了其发展前景。
