摘要
平行进口一直是知识产权和国际贸易中的热点和难点问题之一。基于我国生产产品成本的增加和国内消费市场的扩大,针对我国平行进口日益增多的问题,结合国外处理相关问题的经验,提出我国应采取的应对措施。
The parallel import has been one of hot issues and focuses in fields of intellectual property and international trade. Based on the increase of production cost and expansion of internal demand in China, the article presents the increasing parallel import in China and proposes the related countermeasures with the help of foreign experiences.
