The Development Problems of the Enterprise Run by Local People

近十几年,民营企业的发展已成为支撑和推动经济增长的重要力量。然而,在蓬勃发展的背后,却也暴露出民营企业所面临的一系列问题。只有正确认识和处理民营企业所出现的一系列问题,才能更好地发挥民营企业在经济发展中的重要作用。通过对我国民营企业在发展过程中存在的筹资、人力资源、管理模式等问题的分析,提出相应的解决方案。

For these years, the development of enterprise run by local people becomes an importance vigor for the economy rising. However, at the back of flourishing development there are some problems in it. When we understand and deal with the problems properly, we will be able to exert the function of the enterprise run by local people for the economy development into play. This paper will analyzethe problems of accumulating money, human resources, management mode in the enterprise run by local people, then try to find the corresponding resolving project.
