自卑和补偿理论是阿德勒个性心理学的重要内容之一,本文试依这一理论分析《红楼梦》中贾探春的心理机制。探春因庶出而产生自卑情结,以心理补偿缓解自卑,发挥主观能动性超越自卑,从而彰显出极强的人格魅力。

Inferiority complex and compensation theory is one of the important contents of Aders personal psychology theory. This paper is going to analyze the psychological mechanism of Jia Tanchun of the ＂A Dream in the Red Mansion＂ . Tanchun generates the inferiority complex because she was bore of a concubine, uses the psychological compensation to ease the inferiority and plays the active role to surpass inferiority, which show her strong personal characteristic charm.
