本文主要分两个大的历史时期即唐至北宋初年、北宋中期至南宋来论述西部自然环境变迁,以及由其带来的政治、经济、文化等环境的变迁,认为唐至宋这个历史时期的气候由暖转寒起到很关键的作用。这一重大变化,对西部当时以及现在产生了深远影响。

West environment, from Tang dynasty to Song dynasty, in this article mainly is divided two big historical periods is Tang to the Northern Song Dynasty first year, elaborates natural environment viciasitude, the Northern Song Dynasty intermediate stage to the Southern Song Dynasty, as well as environment and so on politics, economy, culture which brings by it vicissitude, and thought mainly is because from Tang to song, this historical period climate coldly is the result of by the warm extension. This tremendous change, at that time as well as the present has had the profound influence to the west, from this also obtains some enlightenment.
