高等教育国际化:一个误读的概念

高等教育国际化是现代性的一个后果。对高等教育国际化的理解长期以来存在着误读。本文在厘清高等教育国际化的涵义的基础上提出,当下我国高等教育国际化刚刚开始,正在由输入状态走向双向流动的鼎立状态。

Internationalization of higher education is the consequence of modernity, the comprehension on higher education in China is erroneous sometimes since its beginning. International higher education should be open and shared; its perfect state should have co - operation and exchange based on equality, just like a concerto. Here I convince the meaning of higher education, then base the condition of open, influence and commitment. we can know apart three conditions： import, export and convection, and outside the is close condition. The internationalization of higher education in China is at the beginning, just from import condition to convection, the fundamentality is advance the quality of higher education.
