摘要 维生素C(Vitamin C,VC)主要存在于生物组织中,在新鲜水果、蔬菜和动物肝脏中的含量尤为丰富。VC的化学名称为L(+)-苏阿糖型-2,3,4,5,6-五羟基-2-己烯酸-4-内酪,分子式为C6H8O6,分子量176.13。
