本文分析了企业家的本质与特征，考察了我国目前企业家队伍成长的历史与现状后，指出中国企业家队伍尚处于“孩提时代”，当前为数众多的官员型企业经营者和业生应尽快“脱胎换骨”，在此基础上，探讨了在实践中走中国现代企业家成长的独特道路。

This thesis analyses the essence and characteristics of on enterpriser, suraeys both the history and present condition of the grouth of the preaaitng enterpriser contingent in our country and point out that China's enterpriser contingent is still in the 'early childhood' which makes it necessary for so many official enterprisers and proprietors to thoroughly remould themselues as soon as possible. And accordingly, this thesis probes into the question how China's modern enterprisers, in practice. grow to mature through opening a new road.
