摘要
提出“多环节减少粮食损失，全方位降低粮食消耗”之对策，以实现２０００年全国年产粮食５０００亿公斤的宏伟目标．
In this paper, a counter measure for realizing the magnificant aim that the national output of grain will amount to 50 000 million kg. in 2000: to reduce the loss in grain in many sectors, and cut down the consumption of grain all round.
