摘要
利用PEG6000模拟干旱环境,通过对玉米种子在不同水分环境下的萌动,萌发及出苗三个阶段水分需求的量化研究表明:种子的抗旱性随吸水进程的推动而减弱;种子达到萌动,萌发及出土成苗所需时间(t)与外界环境水势(W)之间1/t=a+bw的关系,据此推算出玉米种子在不同成苗阶段的需水阈值,发现种子在不同成苗过程中对环境水分的反应不同,抗旱性也不同。
Water requirements during the stages of radicle emergence, plumule emergence and seedling establishment of maize seeds were studied with PEG initating external water potentials. The experiments demonstrated that.drought-resistant ability of seedling with water uptake proceeding, the relationship between the time (t)of radicle emergence, plumule emergence or seedling establishment and external water potential (w) could be regressed with formula 1/t =a+b w. The critical water potential derived from the formula varied at differ-ent stages.
