摘要
新试剂N-丁基-N’-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲(BPT)与Cu(Ⅱ)显色反应的适宜条件研究。结果表明,在pH4.8~52的HAc-NaAc介质中,CU(Ⅱ)与BPT形成稳定的1:3兰色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于330.5nm,试剂的最大吸收波长位于246.0nm。配合物表观摩尔吸光系数在330.5nm处为3.41×104L·mol-1·cm-1,工作直线的线性范围5~45uμg/25mlCu,相关系数γ=0.9995。本方法用于铝合金和矿样中钢的测定,结果令人满意。
A study of colour reaction of copper (Ⅱ) with the new reagent N-Butyl-N'-(Sodium-p-Aminobenzeaesulfonate ) Thiourea (BPT) has been carried out. The results showed that BPT reacts with copper(Ⅱ) to form a stable blue complex in the mediumof HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH4. 5~5. 2. The maximum absorption of the reagents is at 246. Onm while the maximum absorption of the complex is at 330. 5nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 3. 41 ×10 4L. mol -1. cm-1 at 33O. 5nm. The ratio of copper (Ⅱ) to BPT in the complex is 1: 3.Beer's law is obeyed in rang of 5-45μg Cu per 25ml. The selectivity of the reaction is improved by the addition of NaF as masking agents. The proposed method has been applied to the deterndnation of copper in aluminum alloh,lead minerals and biologeal samples with satisfactory results.
