动力髋螺钉治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的临床诊治研究(附47例报告)

Clinical Study of Untable Femoral Intertrochanteric Francture Treated with Dynimic Hip Screw

目的通过回顾性分析动力髋螺钉治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的手术效果，评价动力髋螺钉（DHS）的临床疗效。方法对47例不稳定性股骨转子间骨折患者应用DHS治疗，对其骨折类型、合并症及临床疗效进行分析比较。结果本组47例有44例得到随访，随访6～24个月，髋关节功能优良率占88．64％。结论DHS治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折具有创伤小、固定牢靠、手术时间短的优点，是治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的良好选择。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of dynamic hip screw （DHS） for untable femoral intertrochanteric francture. Methods 47 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with DHS in our hospital from March 2003 to December 2006. fracture types, associated diseases and clinical effect were analyzed. Results 44 cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months. The excellent and good function rate of hip joint was 88. 64%. Conclusion DHS in the treatment of untable femoral intertrochanteric fractures reveals less trauma,reliable fixation and short operation time. DHS is a good choice and suitable for the treatment of untable femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
