汽轮发电机组轴系扭振模型改造

摘要 为了建立较为精确的汽轮发电机组轴系扭振模型,文中讨论了用试验所得到的不完全模态来辩识和修正由有限元法建立起的集中参数模型,使修正模型在要求的频率范围内与测试的动力特性更为一致。文中用最小范数原理导出了模型参数矩阵的修正式,并对国产200MW机组进行了实机计算。 In order to create a more precise model for torsional vibration of T G set axial system, this paper discusses the recognition and revision on concentrated parameter model built with finite element method, by the aid of the incomplete modelling state obtained from experiments, to make the revised model more consistent with the measured dynamic characteristics within required range of frequencies. The revised format of model parameter matrix is induced with the minimum modu lus principle, and the real machine calculation is carried out with native 200MW generation set, thus the effectiveness of model revising method is verified.
