Views about the Updating-Reforming for Hydroelectric Power Stations in Northeastern Network

东北水电站设备改造虽已取得了很大的成绩，但还应该借鉴瑞士等国先进的经验，即最大限度地利用水能，解决可靠性，改造要为提高机组效率、出力，降低成本和增加发电量，更新不能仅追求先进技术。

The equipment reforming of Northeastern hydroelectric power stations had acquired great performance. However, the advanced experiences of Sweden and other countries must be learned, such as utilities of water resources to the maximum extent, the solution of reliability, reforming for the sake of raising generating efficiency and output, reducing the cost and increasing the power production; furthermore,updating can not be the pursuance after only the modern technology, while the goal should be the increase of economic benefits.
