Toll样受体9在狼疮肾炎患者肾组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 Toll样受体9(TLR9)能特异性识别内源或外源DNA中非甲基化的CpG-DNA基序,启动炎性应答信号通路,活化自身反应性T、B细胞并诱导自身抗体、炎性分子产生,近两年成为系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的研究热点。我们研究TLR9在人类狼疮肾炎(LN)肾组织中的表达情况,并分析其与肾脏病理改变、实验室指标的关系。
