股骨近端同种异体骨移植治疗全髋关节置换术后VancouverB3型股骨假体周围骨折手术技术 被引量:4

Proximal Femoral Allograft Treatment of Vancouver Type-B3 Periprosthetic Femoral Fractures After Total Hip Arthroplasty Surgical Technique

摘要 背景:全髋关节置换术后的股骨假体周围骨折的发生率日益增高,当股骨近端骨量不足并出现骨折时,能够选择的翻修手术方法则不多,其中一种方法就是股骨近端同种异体骨移植术。方法:我们回顾性评估采用股骨近端同种异体骨移植术治疗24例VancouverB,型假体周围骨折患者(25髋)的随访结果和并发症,平均随访时间为5.1年,临床效果采用Harris评分,放射学评估指标包括转子的融合程度、宿主骨和移植骨的融合程度、是否出现移植骨的吸收、是否出现假体的松动或断裂,以须行清除移植骨的翻修手术作为失败的标准。
