Proximal Femoral Allograft Treatment of Vancouver Type-B3 Periprosthetic Femoral Fractures After Total Hip Arthroplasty Surgical Technique

摘要 背景：全髋关节置换术后的股骨假体周围骨折的发生率日益增高，当股骨近端骨量不足并出现骨折时，能够选择的翻修手术方法则不多，其中一种方法就是股骨近端同种异体骨移植术。方法：我们回顾性评估采用股骨近端同种异体骨移植术治疗24例VancouverB，型假体周围骨折患者（25髋）的随访结果和并发症，平均随访时间为5．1年，临床效果采用Harris评分，放射学评估指标包括转子的融合程度、宿主骨和移植骨的融合程度、是否出现移植骨的吸收、是否出现假体的松动或断裂，以须行清除移植骨的翻修手术作为失败的标准。
