骨科教程锁定钢板:技巧和窍门

Locking Plates: Tips and Tricks
摘要
锁定钢板是带有锁定螺纹孔的骨折固定器械,它可以保证螺钉和钢板通过锁定螺纹孔成为一体,达到角稳定作用。锁定钢板的螺钉孔可以是混合性钉孔,既可以使用锁定螺钉也可以使用传统非锁定螺钉(也称为结合型钢板)。锁定钢板最早在20年前就被用于脊柱外科和颌面外科。上世纪80年代晚期直到90年代中期,各种各样不同类型的骨折内固定器材的研究促进了锁定钢板应用于骨折固定。
