摘要
采用温压工艺制备了钕铁硼粘结磁体,研究了温压压力、温压温度、粘结剂种类及含量对磁体磁性能的影响,以及温压工艺对钕铁硼粘结磁体氧含量的影响。利用Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe系双相纳米晶磁粉为原料,在200℃下,采用12MPa的压力,获得性能最佳的磁体,其密度为6.43g/cm3,磁性能为:Br=0.808T,Hcb=461kA/m,Hci=623kA/m,(BH)max=101kJ/m3。
Using warm compaction process, NdFeB bonded magnets were prepared. The effects of compaction pressure, temperature and the type and content of binder on the properties of the magnets were studied. The effect of warm compaction on oxygen content was also investigated. Using the biphase nanograined Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe magnetic powder as starting material, the bonded magnets with optimum properties were prepared at 200 ℃, 12 MPa. The density of the above mentioned bonded magnet is 6.43 g/cm^3, and its remanence Br, coercivity Hcj and maximum energy product are 0.808 T, 623 kA/m and 101 kJ/m^3, respectively.
