摘要
文章主要研究了纳米金属镓粒子的制备技术与稳定分散技术,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为稳定剂,采用超声将碎法制备出均匀分散的纳米镓粒子,并借助于TEM、FT-IR、XPS分析手段对纳米粒子的微观结构进行表征。TEM表明超芦20min即可制得粒径约为40~50nm的纳米镓粒子;FT-IR、XPS表明在超声辐射下,PVP中的N原子和O原子实现了与纳米钧粒子表面原子的配位作用,使纳米稼粒子得到稳定。
The preparation and dispersion technology of nano-Ga particles were mainly studied by ultrasonic wave in this paper. The homodispersing nano-Ga particles were prepared by ultrasonic crushing method with plasmosan(PVP) used as stabilizing agent. The microstructure nano-Ga were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Fourier ransform infrared(FT-IR) and X-ray photo electron specstropy analysis(XPS). TEM suggested that nano-Ga particles that were rabdoid with 40-50nm were made by ultrasonic after 20 minutes. The result of FT-IR,XPS showed that there are interactions beween nano-Ga and PVP.
