摘要
本文扼要介绍美国的绿色照明工程计划。阐述实施绿色照明工程计划的目的和意义，美国的绿色照明工程的一些技术和产品，并对在我国实施绿色照明工程计划提出了建议。
This paper introduces briefly the Green Lights Program in USA,explains the aims and significance of implementation of Green Lights Program,as well as several techniques and products concerned,and furthermore,presents certain proposals on the implementation of Green Lights Program in China.
