直流电弧炉大电流母线回路磁场的计算和分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用TurboPascal语言自编的专用软件,以某40t直流电弧炉为例,对各种大电流母线回路布置所生磁场进行了计算和分析。结果表明,合理布置大电流母线回路是抑制偏弧的主要手段。 Calculation and analysis are made, with an example of a 40 t DC arc furnace, on the magnclicfields caused by the several arrangements of heavy current line, by use of a special sel-made software. The resultsshow that the reasonable arrangement of heavy current line is the main means for suppressing lhe arc deflcction, andthat the reverse and 3-dimension arrangements of the heavy current line leading to the bottom electrode can reducebviously the magnetic field causing the arc deflection.[
