Achievement、Problem and Promotion Measure of Disabled Persons Employment in China

就业是残疾人改善生活状况、参与社会生活和实现人生价值的主要途径。近年来,我国残疾人的就业率、就业规模和就业服务均取得很大进展,但在总体就业形势十分严峻的大背景之下,作为最困难群体的残疾人就业更为艰难,存在就业层次低、收入水平低和发展不平衡等问题。为实现残疾人分享经济社会发展的成果,必须采取系列有效措施,大力促进残疾人充分就业。

Disabled persons can improve their living condition,take active part in the society and carry out their life value through employment. It has made rapid progress in the ratio,scah and service of disable persons employment. Under the total employment circumstance,the disabled persons are the most difficult group,can only get lower position and salary. And the development of disabled persons employment is unbalanced between different regions,cities and countries,different kinds of disabled persons. To share the prosperity of the development of economy and society,a series of effective measures should be taken to promote disabled persons employment.
