藤茶中杨梅素和二氢杨梅素的分离及抗心肌细胞凋亡作用 被引量:19

摘要 目的利用聚酰胺法从藤茶中分离得到杨梅素(MYR)和二氢杨梅素(DMY),研究其对心肌细胞的保护作用。方法通过水提法得到总黄酮,上聚酰胺柱,以醇水梯度洗脱分离,收集30%~50%醇馏分得DMY的单体,60%~70%醇馏分中收集到MYR单体。用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测两种化合物对心肌细胞凋亡的影响。结果FCM检测结果显示,MYR和DMY对H2O2诱导的心肌细胞凋亡有明显抑制作用。结论聚酰胺法能够分离得到MYR和DMY单体;MYR及DMY有抑制心肌细胞凋亡作用。 Objective To obtain myricetin (MYR) and dihydromyricetin (DMY) by column chromatograph of polyamide, and to study their protective effectS on cardiomyocytes. Methods The total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata were extracted with water, and separated by column chromatograph of polyamide with alcohol and water. DMY was obtained from 30% - 50% alcohol distillate, and MYR was obtained from 60% - 70 %. The influence of MYR and DMY on cardiomyocyte apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. Results MYR and DMY obviously inhibited cardiomyocyte apoptosis induced by H2O5. Conclusion MYR and DMY can be obtained by column chromatograph of polyamide from the Ampelopsis grossedentata, and inhibit the cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
