摘要
针对气象部门人工采集气象参数存在的问题,文中设计了具有自动采集、发送相互独立的双处理器结构及无线传输数据的气象监测系统,实现了数据采集的连续性及上位机对下位机实时控制。分析了系统的软硬件结构,并基于Delphi平台开发了控制与采集及其数据管理软件。标定实验数据表明该系统采集数据误差小、抗干扰性高,数据采集精度控制在5%之内,能够满足实际应用要求。
Aiming at solving some problems existed in meteorological parameters acquired by the weather bureau artificially, a monitoring system is designed, which is characterized by collecting data automatically, sending interindependent dual-processor structure and transmitting data wirelessly. It realizes the continuity of data collection and the real-time control between the host computer and the client. Based on Delphi, the software of controlling;collecting and data management is designed and its structures including hardware are analyzed. The labeled experimental data show that the system represents small error of the data and strong anti-jamming, and the precision error of the data between five percent. The design meets the demand of the practical applicatior.
