摘要
软权力在当今国际竞争中的作用越来越突出,中华民族要实现伟大复兴,必须稳步提升"软权力"。公共外交是世界各国塑造本国形象,增强软权力的重要途径。文章试图探讨开展公共外交对提升国家软权力的具体作用,并提出中国发展公共外交的措施及建议。
Soft Power is more and more playing an important role in the international contests. If our Chinese nation wants to realize the great reviving, we must promote ＂soft power＂ steadily. Public Diplomacy is an important means of shaping a nation＇s image and improving a nation＇s Soft Power. This essay is trying to pursue the specific functions of public diplomacy in promoting a nation＇s soft power and putting forward suggestions and measures of developing China＇ s public diplomacy.
