摘要 以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,微波辐射合成了乙酰水杨酸,并考察了影响反应的因素。实验表明:在n(水杨酸):n(乙酸酐)=1∶1.7,催化剂用量为水杨酸质量的2.5%,微波输出功率为151W,辐射时间为60s,产率可达91.2%。 The synthesis of acetyl salicylic acid from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride was studied with microwave radiation and p-toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst. The influential factors on the reaction were investigated. The experimental results showed that appropriate conditions were: molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic anhydride was 1:1.7, weight of catalyst was 2.5% of the salicylic acid, microwave power was 151 W, the time of radiation was 60 s. The yield was about 91.2%.
