摘要
目的:观察糖脂消对代谢综合征的临床疗效,初步探讨其作用机制。方法:入选患者220例,共有187例患者完成研究。其中男116例,女71例。糖尿病治疗组49例,口服糖脂消胶囊3粒,每日3次;对照组47例,口服达美康80mg,每日2次。血脂异常治疗组46例,口服糖脂消胶囊(剂量、方法同上);对照组45例,口服藻酸双酯钠0.1g,每日3次。结果:(1)糖脂消明显降低空腹血糖(FPG),由8.26±0.32降至6.27±0.31mmol/L,空腹胰岛素(FINS)由49.3±2.4降至33.2±2.0mU/L),改善胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)由-6.68±0.31升至-5.07±0.29(P<0.01),并显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)糖脂消的调脂作用:总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显降低(分别由6.79±0.55、2.87±0.30和4.22±0.25降至5.91±0.48、2.03±0.29和3.10±0.35mmol/L),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平(由1.38±0.31升至1.78±0.33mmol/L)。结论:糖脂消有明显改善代谢综合征的症状、降糖调脂作用,可能与其改善IR有关。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Capsule of Tang-zhi-xiao (自拟糖脂消胶囊) on metabolism syndrome and approach initially the mechanism of its action. Methods : In the DM treatment group 49 cases were treated with Capsule of Tang-Zhi-Xiao, 3 capsules each time and 3 times a day. In the DM control group 47 cases were treated with Diamicron, 80rag each time and 2 times a day. In the blood-fat abnormality treatment group 46 cases were treated with Capsule of Tang-zhi-xiao, also 3 capsules each time and 3 times a day. In the blood-fat abnormality control group 45 cases were treated with polysaccharide sulfate, 0. 1 g each time and 3 times a day. Results: Among 220 cases 187 cases completed the treatment, 116 male and 71 female. (1)Capsule of Tang-zhi-xiao could decrease fasting blood glucose (FPG) significantly, from 8.26 ±0. 32 to 6. 27 ±0. 31mmol/L, and Famine insulin (FINS) from 49.3 ±2.4 to 33.2 ±2. 0mU/L. It also could improve insulin sensitivity index ( ISI), from -6.68 ±0. 31 up to -5.07 ±0. 29 (P 〈0. 01 ), and the effect was better than that in the control group significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). (2) About Capsule of Tang-zhi-xiao regulating lipin, TC, TG and LDL-C were cut down significantly, from 6.79 ±0. 55, 2.87 ±0. 30 and 4. 22 ±0. 25 down to 5.91 ±0. 48, 2. 03 ±0. 29 and 3.10 ±0. 35mmol/L. HDL-C was improved, from 1.38 ±0. 31 up to 1.78 ±0. 33mmol/L. Conclusion: Capsule of Tang-zhi-xiao can obviously alleviate the symptoms of metabolism syndrome, decrease FPG and regulate lipin. And its functions mentioned above are relate to improving insulin resistance (IR).
