摘要
对劳动力就业市场发展态势作出科学判断,是政府构建高效就业治理政策体系的重要基础。受劳动力自然供给压力逐渐趋缓以及宏观经济环境不断变化等因素的影响,我国未来劳动力就业市场将会面临诸多新的挑战。这给政府的宏观就业政策提出了更高的要求。
Making a Scientific judgment on the future development of employment situation is an important foundation for the government to construct a high-efficient employment system. China＇s future labor job market will face new challenges for the natural labor supply pressure gradually slowing down and the macroeconomic environment constantly changing. This will put forward high requirement for the government to set employment policies.
