摘要
提出了一种应用旋转热管的调压调速电机在不同转速下温度场的计算方法。首先对电机在不同转差率下,电机电源的输。波形进行了分析,根据不同频率下电机等效电路及磁场的分析,得到了不同频率下损耗的计算方法;接着对旋转热管在不同转速下的传热性能进行了分析,建立了旋转热管传热过程的数字模型;并对传统的电视温度场计算方法一等效网络法做了改进,提出了一种简化的等效网络法。最后建立了具有旋转热管调压调速电机简化的等效网络温度场模型.通过对理论计算和样机测试数据的比较,验证了模型的正确性。
A method to calculate the temperature fields of speed regulation motor with rotatingheat tube is presented in this paper. First, the input souree waveform of the motor underdifferent speeds is analynd. Then the method to calculate the loss in various frequencies isderived according to the analysis of the equivalent circuits and magnetic fields of the motor.The heat transfer at different speeds with rotating heat tube in motor are analyzed and theirmathematical model are derived, the simplified equivalent network is presented based on thetraditional method in the next step- Finally, the mathematical model to calculate thetemperature field of harmonic voltage input with rotating heat tube at different speed is derived, the model is verified by the test of the sample motor.
