摘要
采用种子乳液聚合法制备了聚丙烯酸酯/偏二氯乙烯共聚乳液,并进行了红外光谱表征。性能测试结果表明:共聚乳液理化性能符合乳液技术性能指标要求;共聚乳胶粒子呈分散状态,且粒子大小比较均匀;随着偏二氯乙烯含量的增加乳胶膜的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率逐渐增大。在热分解温度和最高分解温度时的分解速率逐渐降低,而热分解残余物明显增加,说明偏二氯乙烯有利于共聚物的成碳,能够起到隔热阻燃作用。
The polyacrylate-vinylidene chloride copolymer emulsion is prepared by seed emulsion polymerization and characterized by IR. The test results show that the physicochemical properties of the copolymer emulsion can meet the requirement of the technical indexes of emulsion; the composite latex pariticles are uniformly dispersed; the tensile strength and break elongation of emulsion film increase gradually with the increase of vinylidene chloride content. The decomposition rate at the thermal decomposition temperature and the highest decomposition temperature decreases grad- ually, while the thermal decomposition residue increases significantly, as a result, it can prove that vinylidene chloride facilitates the char of copolymer and has the function of fire retardancy and heat insulation.
