摘要 通过对铁路桥梁支座用环氧富锌防腐涂料耐盐雾性能的研究,制得了具有优异防腐功能的新型环氧富锌涂料。研究了涂膜的PVC、硅烷偶联剂和环氧固化剂对环氧富锌防腐涂料耐盐雾性能的影响。结果表明当涂膜的PVC为42%、干漆膜中锌粉含量为82%,且配方中选用某环氧基硅烷偶联剂和某腰果油改性环氧固化剂时,环氧富锌防腐涂料的耐盐雾腐蚀可达1518h。 A new type zinc - rich heavy duty epoxy coating is prepared based on the study of the salt - fog resistance of zinc - rich anti - corrosive epoxy coating for bridge support of railway. The influence of the PVC, couple - agents and epoxy curing agents to the salt - fog resistance thereof is investigated. The results show that the salt - fog resistance of the prepared coating is up to 1518 h while the PVC of the coating is about 42%, the amount of zinc is 82% in dry film, the proper epoxy - grouped silane coupling agents and cashew oil modified epoxy curing agent are enclosed in the coating.
