摘要
脑利钠肽也称B型利钠肽（B—type natriureticpeptide，BNP）是由心室肌合成和分泌的一种利钠肽激素。近年来，对于测定循环中BNP浓度协助慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure，CHF）的诊断、筛检、疗效评估和预后等研究众多，目前已经达成比较一致的认识。
