摘要
在室内9、3、-3、-9℃条件下,分别将玉米螟老熟幼虫、大蜡螟老熟幼虫和黄粉甲蛹贮存5、15、25、35和45d,观察对繁育管氏肿腿蜂的影响。结果表明,中间寄主玉米螟和大蜡螟老熟幼虫的最佳贮存条件为3℃贮存45d,黄粉甲蛹的最佳贮存条件为-9℃贮存25d。
Effects on reproduction of the parasitoid Scleroderma guani were investigated in the laboratory on last-instar larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis and Galleria mellonella, and Tenebrio molitor pupae, which were stored at 9, 3, - 3, -9℃ for 5, 15, 25, 35 and 45 d, respectively. Results indicated that storage temperature and duration of hosts influenced number of eggs, adult production and sex ratio of parasitic wasp. With respect to number of eggs, adult production and sex ratio, the most favorable host stor- age combinations are 45 d at 3℃, 45 d at 3℃ and 25 d at - 9℃ for the three hosts, respectively.
