摘要
根据国务院提出的实现节能减排的总要求,分析了华东电网水电调度节能减排现状,并结合电网实际,提出了深化水电调度节能减排工作的具体措施。
According to the general requirements of energy saving and pollution reduction presented by State Council, status quo of energy saving and pollution reduction reflected in the hydro-power dispatching in East China Grid has been analysed, and some concrete measures to strengthen the hydro-power energy saving dispatching have been raised in combination with power grid character.
