AGR2基因在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其意义 被引量：3

摘要 AGR2基因是一种与人类早期阶段前后位分化相关的基因，位于染色体7p21．3，编码一种分泌性蛋白质，是非洲爪蛙黏液腺基因XAG2（xenopus laevis anterior gradient-2）的人型同源物。在最近的研究中发现，AGR2基因在人前列腺癌和乳腺癌中表达率增高，是与肿瘤分化、转移相关的基因。子宫内膜癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一，
