肿瘤转移抑制基因KAI1和上皮型钙黏蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其意义
摘要
近年来，子宫内膜癌的发病率有逐年上升的趋势，大多数子宫内膜癌患者死于肿瘤转移，故肿瘤转移在其发展进程中具有重要的作用。KAI1基因是近年来发现的一个新的肿瘤转移抑制基因，上皮型钙黏蛋白（E-cadherin，E-cad）属于钙黏蛋白家族中的一类细胞黏附分子。本研究采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白一过氧化物酶连接（SP）法，检测子宫内膜组织中KAI1和E-cad蛋白的表达，
